I had to send you a huge THANK YOU email for the text snippets in OMSv2.5. You have forever improved Blueprint OMS and made a clinicians daily life SO MUCH easier. Thank you for the awesome upgrade features! This update was packed full of very practical updates and one of the best yet!!!!!! A feature like this improves work/life balance by helping us do “paperwork” more efficiently. The ability to personalize the snippets is awesome. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
By the way, as we’re getting further in to our implementation of Blueprint, we’re finding that we really like it — easy to use, does more than we expected, great support, so far very good reliability — our compliments to the entire team at Blueprint Solutions. We didn’t have an OMS prior to Blueprint so can’t compare it to the competition, but we would certainly recommend it to other audiologists, especially those who have never had a system before. Blueprint OMS has been a wonderful and much needed addition to our practice! The entire system itself is very easy to learn and use on a daily basis as Blueprint OMS truly guides us through the process.
The marketing feature has really ensured that we stay up to date and on top of our marketing, which is extremely important in our area as there is a lot of competition.
My favorite feature so far is the ability to efficiently and accurately drop necessary information into QuickBooks for us! This saves a lot of time in not having to double enter information and constantly recheck that both are consistent.
The customer service definitely makes me feel the investment has been truly worth it. It’s nice to know that we can contact Blueprint Solutions so easily and have answers to our questions when they arise, as our days are very busy and don’t leave much time to wait for an answer.
