Saving and editing generated forms/reports
Forms and reports generated in Blueprint OMS often need to be edited later, in order to correct errors or add missing information.
Editable forms are identified with a unique icon which distinguishes them from other documents, and double-clicking on an editable form will open it for editing.
Editable forms can also be easily duplicated, and also locked to prevent further editing.
The following forms/reports are editable
- Hearing loss assessment
- Physician hearing loss assessment report
- HCFA 1500
Document workflow tracking
To help track workflow related to documents, each document may be assigned an optional Status.
The following statuses have been configured in Blueprint OMS, and additional ones can be easily added if necessary:
Automatic archiving of electronically submitted HCFA forms
For clinics that submit claims electronically via Office Ally, claims will be automatically archived with a status of Submitted upon successful transmission.
Rejected claims can then be easily edited for resubmission if required.
