Standard Report Descriptions

This is a listing of the standard Reports found within Blueprint from the Tools drop-down menu. User access to certain reports can be restricted.

Report Name Description
Appointment Analysis This report shows appointments linked to patients, that are not cancelled or rescheduled, for the chosen date range. Analysis of whether appointments were deemed sales opportunities, actual length of appointments, and whether third parties were present is given. The actual duration of the appointment is calculated based on the time the patient is marked as in progress until the appointment is marked completed. Punctuality is calculated on the patient’s arrival time relative to the scheduled time, and the duration of the wait is relative to when they are marked in progress.
Binaural rate Summary of binaural patients seen by each provider, and average number of aidable ears fit.
Closing Rate (by Opportunity) A summary of appointments that are marked as sales opportunities, for the specified reporting period. Revenue details and closing percentages are broken down by provider and location, as well as by appointment type.
Company KPI Analysis Monthly Report, broken down by whether or not it was delivered that consists of Units sold, returned, revenue, profit, ASP across the company.
Daily Schedule Printable Schedule by provider and location
Discount Summary Simple listing of all discounts on invoices
HA Aging Report that summarizes the age of the most recently active hearing aids (for each side, for each patient), and the number of patients by aid age range. It uses the inputted ASP and Avg. Profit (easily obtainable from your KPI reports) to calculate the benefits of being able to upgrade a certain percent of those customers with HAs 5 years or older.
HA Sale and Return Details by Fitter This report displays information on hearing aids delivered or returned in the period. This is broken down by fitter and clinic. Please note it is possible that an aid that has been returned will appear in the Sales Category. If the aid was returned, it will be calculated in the totals for the provider.
Insurer Write-Offs Simple listing of all insurer write-offs conducted
Inventory Snapshot Report Historical View of inventory value as of given date, by location, with different grouping options
Journal Entries Simple listing of all journal entries, grouped by patient, for date range.
KPI Analysis by Location This report shows several Key Performance Indicators for the months selected. These are based on Hearing Aid orders, both from stock and custom orders. The “Invoiced” group represents what has already been billed to the patient, while the “ordered” group represents those that have not yet been delivered. The report is based on the location specified on the order of hearing aids.
KPI Analysis by Fitter This report shows several Key Performance Indicators for the months selected. These are based on Hearing Aid orders, both from stock and custom orders. The “Invoiced” group represents what has already been billed to the patient, while the “ordered” group represents those that have not yet been delivered. This report is based on who is specified as the fitter of the hearing aids.
KPI Analysis by Mfr. This report shows several Key Performance Indicators for the months selected. These are based on Hearing Aid orders, both from stock and custom orders. The “Invoiced” group represents what has already been billed to the patient, while the “ordered” group represents those that have not yet been delivered.
Open Invoice Report (Insurer) Listing of all insurer invoices with outstanding balances, grouped by insurer, broken down by range.
Open Invoice Report (Patient) This report shows all open invoices with amounts owing from patients.
Patient AR Aging Summary AR Report that includes insurance companies, and is designed to be compared to an AR Aging Summary in QuickBooks.
Patient AR Statement Listing of all account activity for given period of time. Requires the patient ID
Patient AR Statement (by location) Listing of all account activity, for a given location, for patients who have an outstanding balance.
Patient Recalls Printable checklist of recalls and contact information
Patient Write-Offs Simple listing of all patient write-offs conducted
Payment Summary Summary of all payments received by location, by payment method.
Physician List Simple listing of physicians and contact info
Physician Mailing Labels (8160) Printable address labels for active physicians compatible with Avery 5160/8160.
Price List Printable list of all items and their price, Has who have a price specified, and tax status
Product Mix Analysis This report shows a break down of units by price range for aids delivered in the selected period.
Referral sources Report of new referrals, based on patient creation date, and the amount of new sales (HA and services) that have occurred as a result.
Revenue by Referral Source Report of referrals, based on sale date, and the amount of new sales (HA and Otherwise) that have occurred as a result.
Sales By Income Account Listing of all items sold, broken down by income account. This includes returns, COGs, and profit.
Sales Opportunity Pipeline This report shows the number of sales opportunities scheduled over a 9 week period. It will exclude any appointments that are note linked to patients and also contain no description. An approximate forecast based on your clinics binaural rate, ASP, and AGP are calculated and displayed by different levels of closing percentage.
Sales Tax Summary Summary of sales, taxable sales, and taxes charged per day per location.
Today’s sales Summary of all sales and payments that have occurred on the given date.
Unapplied Credits/Payments Simple listing of all return credits and payments with remaining amounts to be applied
User privileges Simple listing of usernames and their access, N means no access, Y means they have access
User Report Access Simple listing of usernames and their access, N means no access, Y means they have access
Weekly sales Summary of all sales and payments, grouped by week, that have occurred during the given time period. Tax is accounted for.

Blueprint OMS has been a wonderful and much needed addition to our practice! The entire system itself is very easy to learn and use on a daily basis as Blueprint OMS truly guides us through the process.

The marketing feature has really ensured that we stay up to date and on top of our marketing, which is extremely important in our area as there is a lot of competition.

My favorite feature so far is the ability to efficiently and accurately drop necessary information into QuickBooks for us! This saves a lot of time in not having to double enter information and constantly recheck that both are consistent.

The customer service definitely makes me feel the investment has been truly worth it. It’s nice to know that we can contact Blueprint Solutions so easily and have answers to our questions when they arise, as our days are very busy and don’t leave much time to wait for an answer.
