Upload – Word Invoice Template Upload

IconUsers with the privilege titled Mange Templates will have access to the Template option in the Setup menu.
  1. In Blueprint OMS, click the Setup menu on the main toolbar.
  2. Double click on the Templates menu item and select Invoice templates.
  3. Click Create new.
  4. Locate the file and click Open.
  5. In the Create invoice template dialog box, give the template a Name and fill-in the remaining optional fields:
    • Check the box next to the signature line options to default a signature line on the template for patients and/or 3rd parties.
    • Type a default Disclaimer and/or Default note.
    • Check the boxes next to the type of sale you would the template to be utilized with (Batteries/Accessories/Services sales, Repairs, and/or Hearing aid and Orderable item sales).

  6. Click Create.
