Payarc customers unable process transactions in Blueprint OMS

Payarc identified the issued and will be releasing a hotfix for this issue tomorrow morning. In the meantime, we recommend processing all payments manually on the payment terminal, following the steps below.

1. Do NOT initiate the transaction from Blueprint OMS
2. Instead, initiate and complete the transaction using only the payment terminal
3. Record the payment in Blueprint OMS as a Cash payment (to avoid processing a
duplicate transaction on the terminal)
4. Edit the payment to change the payment method to the appropriate card type

This morning we received reports of Payarc customers unable to process transactions in Blueprint OMS.

Both Blueprint Solutions and Payarc teams are investigating the issue and working on a resolution.

The temporary workaround is to take payments manually on the terminal, then enter them into Blueprint OMS afterward.
