Reports of degraded performance for EST customers

Issue summary:
The issue has been resolved, and Blueprint OMS is now fully operational. We sincerely apologize for the interruption this may have caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the matter. We received of reports of slowness impacting CST customers as well. Our engineers have identified the issue and are deploying a fix. We will post another update once this matter is resolved.

This morning, we received reports of degraded performance affecting customers in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) region. Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
