Custom Automatic Recalls  

With easy access and visibility to the due date of a recall, patient contact information, and necessary notes, calling patients back has never been easier!

Blueprint will provide some common automatic recalls including:

  • 30 day post-fitting follow up
  • Loaned aid due recall
  • Hearing aids 4 years old or older
  • Warranties expiring in the next 30 days
  • Patients not scheduled for appointments in over a year

Even better – Custom, automatic recalls can be created specifically for your office to ensure you are maximizing billing opportunities and relevant touch-points with your patients.

Assign Callbacks to Staff Members  

Optionally, assign recalls to staff members to create a to-do list of call backs.

Easily track assignee on recalls to ensure call backs are made in a timely and efficient manner by your staff.

Clicking the My recalls button will display all recalls in your to-do list.

Action Required Indicators  

Determine which recalls you would like classified as required. Never miss a resell opportunity again!

A required recall appears in the red Requires action badge if it is due within 7 days (or overdue), and the patient does not have an appointment scheduled within the next 30 days.

Easy Outcome Tracking  

Choose an outcome reason upon completing a recall.

Outcome reasons are tracked in each patient file for a complete history of contacts with the patient.
