Happy October Audiology Awareness Month from the Blueprint Solutions team! 👂🍂

As a way to say thank you for everything you do to support better hearing healthcare, we’ve created an email template tailored specifically to increase patient engagement this month.

Please note: This email includes a button that can link to your Online Appointment Booking. Please update the button with your link before sending.

To access your Online Appointment Booking link: Setup > Scheduling > Online Booking > Copy URL.

If you don’t have Online Appointment Booking enabled, you can easily remove or replace the button with your clinic’s contact information.

To access this email template: Go to Setup > Templates > Marketing > Email > October Audiology Awareness Month – NEW!

To add your online booking link: Launch template editor > click the “Book now!” content block > paste your online booking URL into the URL field > Save.

To send this email to your patients: Once you have composed a list of customers to contact through a manual marketing campaign, from the Selected patients tab > click Send email. Select your email template from the available listing, and click Send email.
