3 NEW Seasonal templates now available in Blueprint OMS!

We have collaborated with Oticon to bring you THREE new seasonal email marketing templates!

• Oticon seasonal – Autumn 2024
• Oticon seasonal – Holiday 2024
• Oticon seasonal – Thanksgiving 2024

These new templates are designed specifically for hearing clinics like yours, offering you a unique way to engage with your patients throughout the holidays.

To access these templates: Go to Setup > Templates > Marketing > Email

IMPORTANT: If you are hosting an event, be sure to edit the date and time of your event in the template before sending your email. If you are not hosting an event, you can use the call-to-action space to add your Online Appointment Booking link or clinic phone number.

To edit these templates: Right-click the template you would like to customize and select Launch template editor. More information on editing templates: Here.

To test template updates: Once you have added your event details to your email templates, you can test a template by right-clicking on it > Send test email to your own email address to preview your changes.

How to attach a template to a manual marketing campaign: Once you have composed a list of customers to contact through a manual marketing campaign, from the Selected patients tab > click Send email. Select your desired email template from the available listing, and click Send email.
