Job Summary

We seek a skilled Front-End Web Developer to join our close-knit web development team. In this collaborative role, you will be able to work closely with a talented group of professionals to develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using React.js and Redux. As a key member of the web development team, you will play a significant role in shaping the development process and making an impact on the project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize your expertise in React.js and Redux to design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications.
  • Collaborate closely with our cross-functional team, including the UI/UX Designer and other developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring exceptional performance across different devices and browsers.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Must have 5+ years of experience writing modular and scalable code as a Front-End Web Developer using React.js and Redux.
  • Proficient in front-end technologies such as React.js, Redux, TypeScript, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Playwright) and test-driven development.
  • Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work in an Agile development environment and deliver high-quality code on schedule.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of web security best practices.
  • Familiarity with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cloud (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) infrastructure and deployment (CI/CD).

  • Has a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications using React.js and Redux.
  • Is comfortable with taking ownership of tasks and projects, from inception to completion, and can manage priorities effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Is self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Is adaptable and open to learning new technologies and frameworks as needed to meet project requirements.
