The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling them to swiftly build and maintain strong professional relationships with both customers and colleagues. They will demonstrate a natural aptitude for problem-solving and exhibit a keen attention to detail. This individual will be proactive in taking ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring their successful completion. A high level of technological proficiency is essential, with a strong command of office software and comfort with electronic communications and internet technologies.

As a member of the software support team at Blueprint Solutions, you will deliver outstanding technical support to our customers across multiple platforms, including Freshdesk, ConnectWise Control, and telephone. You will lead the training and implementation of our clinic management software, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process.

Your responsibilities will include accurately identifying, replicating, and documenting issues to ensure effective issue resolution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain thorough documentation and drive timely resolution of all findings within Freshdesk and JIRA. Additionally, you will manage client requests for system enhancements or modifications to our continuously evolving software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, or Science fields preferred or 2-3 years of experience in technology or customer service
  • Logical troubleshooting skills and techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-starter — able to use reference material to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Customer-first attitude to clearly communicate details to customers with varying technical abilities in a clinical setting
  • Recent graduates welcomed
