Over the past 3 months, Blueprint Solutions has exceeded my expectations. Everyone that I have talked to has been excellent. There are two individuals in particular that have been unbelievable!!! They are Logan B. and Wyatt L. These two gentlemen have provided invaluable support to our organization. They are intelligent, knowledgeable, super polite and generally excellent at their jobs. I know that often you only hear complaints about what you have done wrong. I wanted to let you know that from our little corner of the world you guys are killing it!!! By the way, as we’re getting further in to our implementation of Blueprint, we’re finding that we really like it — easy to use, does more than we expected, great support, so far very good reliability — our compliments to the entire team at Blueprint Solutions.  We didn’t have an OMS prior to Blueprint so can’t compare it to the competition, but we would certainly recommend it to other audiologists, especially those who have never had a system before. The training videos are excellent!

Even just working through the modules, I’m genuinely impressed with Blueprint. It’s clean, intuitive, and built with real-world clinic flow in mind. Coming from [previous OMS], the difference is overwhelming.

To be honest, I was afraid of the change at first. [Previous OMS] had such a rigid, unforgiving structure that even small mistakes felt irreversible. But now that I see Blueprint, I realize how flawed [previous OMS] actually was.

Looking back, I honestly feel like I was trapped — stuck in a system built by people who didn’t understand the actual workflow or needs of the profession. I didn’t see it clearly until now that the trap has fallen apart. Blueprint has shown me what software should look like: functional, flexible, and designed to support the work, not fight against it.
