The honest answer is that in the last 15 years of dealing with all sorts of suppliers in the hearing aid industry I have never come across a better service than what blueprint provides (and I have dealt with a lot of suppliers!)

Alex went above and beyond to solve our issue. I have never felt more comfortable with a tech working on our equipment. He did not stop until it was done. Most of the time techs give up but Alex spent hours and even went into the next day. He kept me posted and I greatly appreciate that.
