Text patients from your own clinic phone number! Using a landline phone number for texting patients provides benefits like higher open and response rates as patients are more likely to open messages from a recognizable source.

Patients can use the click-to-call option from their mobile device to have their call routed to the appropriate clinic location.

With Interactive Texting in Blueprint OMS, you can easily identify conversations by clinic location or group multiple satellite locations under one SMS number.

Our unique messaging center allows you to manage text messages by phone number and location, making it easy to assign conversations to staff members. You can conveniently sort messages into answered and unanswered categories. Additionally, each texting conversation is saved within the patient’s file for future reference.
