Easily contact patients with personalized letters, including warranty notifications, annual hearing test reminders, upgrades, specials, and even birthdays greetings!

All letters and forms generated in Blueprint OMS are branded with your clinic logo, to help increase brand awareness and consistency. Not only are you able to create customized letters, you can also generate custom labels, envelopes, and email lists.

Each patient’s Marketing tab will keep a record of how many times they’ve been contacted.

Blueprint OMS allows you to generate custom documents and forms, which can be signed electronically and stored in Blueprint OMS as well. Scan paper files directly into a patient’s record or upload documents from your computer. Remember, you are able to access your patients’ documents, paperwork, pictures, and all other information anytime, from anywhere!

Patient Browser – Patient Photo

Keeping patient photos in Blueprint OMS helps to put a face to a patient’s name so that you recognize them the second they walk into your clinic! Blueprint OMS will display the patient’s photo in the Patient browser, summary screen, appointment details, and patient arrival notification.
