5 things you’ll love about our new QuickBooks integration!

  1. Synchronize with QuickBooks whenever you like with just one click!
    You can synchronize transactions to QuickBooks daily, weekly, or hourly — whatever frequency is most convenient for you. Just click Start!
    We recommend synchronizing before working in your QuickBooks company file, to ensure that transactions and reports are up to date.
    With version 4.0, a constant connection with QuickBooks is no longer required – Blueprint OMS will only connect to QuickBooks when you initiate synchronization, and will disconnect once synchronization is complete.
  2. Edit transactions in Blueprint OMS anytime!
    You can edit a transaction at any time and as many times as needed, even before it has been synchronized to QuickBooks.
  3. No need for double-entry when making corrections
    When you edit a transaction that was previously synchronized, your corrections will be automatically replicated in QuickBooks the next time you synchronize. There’s no need to make the corrections in QuickBooks manually.
  4. Keep your customer list tidy!
    Patients are not created in QuickBooks until they have transactions that need to be synchronized from Blueprint OMS.
    This ensures that patients without any transactions will not accumulate and cause unnecessary clutter in QuickBooks.
  5. Helpful resources when you need them
    In the event a transaction doesn’t synchronize correctly, Blueprint OMS now provides a detailed explanation of the underlying cause, instructions on how to resolve the problem, and a step-by-step video tutorial to guide you.
    Our top-notch support team is always ready to help if you get stuck, but now it’s quick and easy for you to resolve synchronization errors independently.
