It’s easy to find help within Blueprint OMS! 

Simply click the Help drop-down menu at the top of the screen. 

You then have access to the following options:

If you need further assistance from a Blueprint Solutions team member, simply click Create support ticket and you will be able to fill out a support ticket or start a chat with one of our team members. Chat is a new feature offered to get your questions answered sooner, and at a time that is more convenient for you. Click here to preview chat.
