General Enhancements:

Report Enhancements:

1. NSF Checks debits added to Payments and Refunds (Cash Flow) report

2. “Applied to Patient” column added to PDF version of Payments and Refunds (Cash Flow) 

3. Patient ID number added to PDF version of Unapplied Credits/Payments report

Other Quality Improvements and Minor Fixes:

• PATIENT > SUMMARY screen balances relating to claims tracking corrected

• PATIENT > SALES HISTORY > right click on 3rd PARTY PAYER full menu restored

• Editable and archived HCFA’s have the PRINT WITHOUT BACKGROUND option restored

• Auto-archive of HCFA forms to the DOCUMENTS tab restored (if configured)

• Ability to issue a refund from the 3rd Party Ledger on “unapplied” payments restored

• Generic new aid order forms now showing audiograms when 2 pages or longer

• Sending ad hoc emails will use the “company name” rather than the “location name” as the sender

• Marketing emails will use the configured marketing email default (Setup > Marketing automation > Edit settings) if the location marketing email default is not configured (Setup > Locations > select a location > Edit details > Marketing sending email address)

General Enhancements:

1. Updated HCFA 837P “Submission Type” Options for Box 19  (US Only)

US clinics will notice when populating box 19 on the HCFA form they will now be prompted upon submitting or saving the file to indicate the “submission type” for supplemental paperwork that may be required.

2. New Integrated Scanner Recommendation

Previously, Blueprint OMS recommended the Epson WorkForce Pro GT-S50 scanner, which is an older model that no longer fully supports Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)—a key Microsoft driver model for capturing digital images from devices.

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve upgraded our recommendation to the Epson ES-400 II scanner! This more modern scanner offers enhanced performance, reliability, and full WIA support, ensuring smoother and more efficient image and document capture for your clinic’s needs.

3. New WSIB Forms for Canadian Clinics – Now Available!

We’re excited to announce the availability of new WSIB forms for Canadian clinics, including:

• Hearing Aid Selection Change Form
• Hearing Assessment
• Hearing Services Initial Bundle
• Hearing Services Mini Bundle
• Ongoing Hearing Services Report

In addition, we’ve updated the following forms:

• Hearing Assistive Technologies (HAT) Request Form
• Hearing Aid Replacement and/or Clinical Exception Request Form

These updates ensure your clinic has the most current and comprehensive tools to support your patients’ hearing needs.

4. Updated WCB AB C662 Form for Canadian Clinics

The WCB AB C662 has many updates that improve the quality of data presented on this form. Some of the improvements include:

• Populating the patients mobile phone number when no home phone is listed
• Patient Tympanogram graph results
• Auto populating the patients current aid style, make, model, serial number, invoice number  and purchase dates
