It’s easy to find help within Blueprint OMS!
Simply click the Help drop-down menu at the top of the screen.
You then have access to the following options:
- The Blueprint OMS user guide
- Short video tutorials
- Recorded webinars
- Information on what’s new in Blueprint OMS
If you need further assistance from a Blueprint Solutions team member, simply click Create support ticket and you will be able to fill out a support ticket or start a chat with one of our team members.
