Merge fields now available for Canadian insurer ID and policy numbers
Canadian Insurer ID and policy numbers can now be displayed on custom forms and letters.

Marketing filter for patients without a service plan
A new Hearing aids without service plans marketing filter will allow you to easily target patients with a hearing aid in warranty without a service plan.

Reporting
Excel friendly Sales Report
This report shows all sales, returns, payments, and refunds within the specified date range.
Excel friendly Cash Flow Summary Report
This report shows all payments and refunds within the specified date range.
New format for Insurer Transactions Report
The cleaner format now visible in the Insurer Transactions report will make viewing and analyzing 3rd party transactions more efficient.
Total available for Inventory Report
The Inventory report now includes total columns displaying the value of all In stock and On loan items, as well as a grand total of all items.
